This Privacy Policy explains how DontSell (“DontSell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, app, and services (the “Service”). It also describes the choices and rights you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

• Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image to create and secure your account.
• Prospect and outreach data — leads, company/role details, and the messages you draft, approve, send, and receive through the Service.
• Connected-account data — when you connect a LinkedIn account through our messaging provider, we process the data needed to send and receive messages on your behalf.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we receive limited details such as plan, status, and the last digits of your card, but not your full card number.
• Usage and device data — logs, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostics we use to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We use information to:

• provide, personalize, and improve the Service, including AI-drafted messages;
• send, receive, and manage outreach that you approve;
• enforce sending safeguards (rate limits, do-not-contact, emergency stop);
• process payments and manage subscriptions;
• secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
• communicate with you about the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prospect data to train AI models for other customers.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required. Where you upload personal data about prospects, you act as the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it; we act as your processor.

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements, including for:

• AI drafting and language processing;
• LinkedIn messaging access via our connectivity provider;
• payment processing;
• cloud hosting, database, and background job execution;
• authentication.

We may also disclose information to comply with law or lawful requests, to protect our rights and users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege handling of secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at privacy@dontsell.ai. You may also disconnect a connected account or ask us to remove specific prospect data at any time.

We and our sub-processors may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers of personal data.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service. We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser settings let you control cookies, though blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in.

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
